2GG’s Hyrule Saga ended yesterday, and the Rivals community came out in a big way for this whirlwind of an event. In addition to being the largest local Rivals event yet, the competition was incredibly fierce with up-and-coming players making huge upsets. Here’s our wrap up from the event if you missed any of the action. If you want to avoid spoilers make sure you don’t scroll past the VoDs!
The Tournament
We had two full days of gameplay for this event, all streamed on twitch.tv/RivalsOfAether. Community commentators traveled from all over the country to rock the mic while competitors battled through the massive 162 player bracket. You can find the VoDs for both days here:

Crew Battle
Hyrule Saga also featured a regional crew battle with 8 crews from across the country. Several of these crews were funded by the community through the compendium. Your generosity helped add a whole new layer of fun at the event while players battled for medals and the chance to hold the title of best region.
What’s Next
We hope everyone had a great time attending and watching Hyrule Saga from home. If you can’t get enough local events make sure you check out the next RCS stop on the circuit at First Impact in New York.
